Competition entry is included in every caravan package — so is the welcome drink, the battles, the workshops, the pool party, the Saturday night party and Champs of Champs.

Saturday night · a place on stage

PERFORM WITH THE SECRET GUEST ARTIST

Friday's commercial workshops are led by a working commercial artist. From the dancers in the room, a handful are picked to perform with the artist at the Saturday night party — as backing dancers, on the main stage. Who the artist is stays secret until the weekend.

Friday 5th November

  • Welcome drink & meet the team — settle in, meet the XDC Unified teachers and the other schools.
  • Mixed school team battles — dancers from different schools form mixed teams. Cash prizes.
  • All style battles — your own style, your own musicality. Cash prizes.
  • Commercial workshops — beginners and intermediate/advanced, all ages, led by the secret guest artist. A handful of dancers are selected to perform with them on Saturday night.

Saturday 6th November

  • Solos & duos — beginners, intermediate and advanced sections.
  • Pool party — competition done, holiday mode on, with dancers, teachers and families.
  • Saturday night party — music and entertainment with up-and-coming artists, and Friday's selected dancers on stage as backing dancers to the secret guest artist.

Sunday 7th November

  • Team competition — beginners, intermediate and advanced.
  • Champs of Champs — the best of the best, head to head. Cash prizes.
  • Overall Dance School Winner 2027 — one school takes the crown.

Pick your size and we will show you what is still free. Prices are per person, and every caravan has a minimum number sharing, shown on the card. The counts are live: they change as reservations are confirmed.

HOW PAYING WORKS

Nothing is taken on this website. You reserve here, your caravan is held for seven days while we email you to confirm, and payments are made by bank transfer to the dates below.

Secures the caravan in your group's name.

Later in the year
£50 pp

Second instalment, on a date we confirm with you.

The rest of your per-person price. £40 Bronze, £60 Silver, £75 Gold.

One lead name per caravan. Whoever reserves is the named person responsible for that caravan's payments. Prices are per person. Each caravan has a minimum number sharing: 4 in a 4-berth or a 6-berth, 6 in a 7-berth or an 8-berth. Caravans with hot tubs are subject to availability and confirmed by the team.
